This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to HitchPass and is part of our Terms of Service.
All sales are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
The only exception is where a refund is required by the consumer-protection or automatic-renewal laws of your state, province, or country, in which case we will provide the refund the law requires.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing supporthitchpass@gmail.com. When you cancel:
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. For annual plans, we send a reminder by email before your plan renews so you have time to decide. See the Terms of Service for full billing details.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at supporthitchpass@gmail.com before disputing the charge with your bank — we can usually resolve billing issues quickly and directly.
